Experience beautiful water views and stunning sunsets with this lake front property; it may not be the ocean, but it beats staring at the back of your neighbors house! This home was recently renovated with fresh paint, flooring, new washer/dryer, dishwasher and an electric water heater. And YES, the TV shown in the photos is included in the sale. The clubhouse here at Oasis is one of the best around; an olympic-sized pool, large entertaining space available for private parties, spacious and resourceful gym, dedicated kids play area within the gym, sauna, showers and lockers. The community also features a dedicated biking/walking path, plenty of green space and an outdoor exercise area (just next to FIJI). As someone who once lived in Oasis, I can attest that their community and facilities truly are wonderful. Experience the charms of this home and community for yourself on a tour!
