Two guest bedrooms each include a walk-in closet and share a guest bath with a vessel sink and glass-enclosed shower. The den offers flexible space for an office, a TV room, or overflow guests. Designer LED lighting and ceiling fans, a washer and dryer, and an attached two-car garage with an epoxy-coated floor. Recent updates to the major mechanical systems are documented in the listing attachments. Mariposa residents enjoy their own community pool and spa, just a short walk from the front door and included with the neighborhood. Beyond Mariposa, the amenities of Gulf Harbour Yacht & Country Club, including the championship golf course, tennis, fitness center, and dining, are available through club membership. The new clubhouse renovation is only a couple months from completion, so you will be able to enjoy extraordinary dining and entertainment!
